healthy or LIGHT STIR fry!

Chicken, Steak & Shrimp Stir fry= YUM


Ingredients: 
3 Chicken tenderloins or 2 Chicken Breasts
Broccoli (1 cup)
Carrots (1 cup)
1 quarter of an onion diced fine
Teriyaki sauce 
pinch of garlic salt
2 pinch's of salt and pepper

Method:

1. Cook your chicken with the veggies if it is steak cook the steak last---
Put a lid on the pan and let it cook to a boil with all of the spiced in once its boiling cut heat to 3 and let cook for 10 minutes
3. ENJOY!

So easy and healthy!
