FRIES: mmm...everyone loves these little devils!
BUT!
Did you know french fries are just as bad for you as smoking?

Now: If you cannot part with these fries I have a healthy alternative of course!!!! :D
Ingredients:
-1 large sweet potato
-sea salt or Kosher salt
- pepper
-EVOO
-a peeler
- large baking sheet!
-cajun seasoning
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
- peel your sweet potato
- Slice the potato in medium size pieces
- sprinkle your seasonings on it and the olive oil (do not drench in evoo) and put aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan
- bake for 15 mins and then flip them and for another 10 mins
NOTE: eye ball to your taste :D
