Healthy 5 layer dip

Ingredients:
- 1/2 jar of salsa
-1 container of  LIGHT sour cream
-1 packet of taco seasoning (25% less sodium)
-1 can of VEGETARIAN refried beans
- 1 packet of reduced fat mexican flavored cheese
-1/2head of romaine lettuce (the greener the better) Ice Berg lettuce has barely any nutritious value its mostly water content *tip from the Nutrition Major BF!*
-Any size deep dish pan

Method:
1. Layer the refried beans on the bottom of the dish by smoothing it out with the back of a big spoon or a spatula spoon
2. Next mix the sour cream and taco seasoning packet together until fully mixed up and layer that on top of the refried beans
3. Then layer the salsa all over the sour cream
4. Take the whole packet of cheese and sprinkle it eveenly across the salsa
5. Last layer the lettuce all over the cheese and YOU'RE done!

{I love this recipe it's delicious, easy, fast & CHEAP!}
