Diet Soda Vs. Regular Soda

I personally think that Diet Soda is way better than regular soda - especially if you moderate your self to having it 2 times a week. yes there are diet chemicals like Aspartame and they have been correlated with Alzheimer's disease but in moderation almost everything is ok. Plus regular soda has as many calories as some cheeseburgers so honestly it's like just adding cellulite and fat to your body! Don't do it!
